At Badlands Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl or gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the records in their original shipping mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the media for playback quality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
